Katie Arthur

B.Physio Uni of Canberra 2017

Katie graduated from the University of Canberra in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, and has been working in the sports, musculoskeletal and paediatric worlds over the past several years in rural NSW. Katie is passionate about collaboration with other health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for her clients, and particularly enjoys helping the client to develop a deeper understanding of their injury or condition in order to provide them with the tools and confidence to self-manage their condition moving forwards. 

Katie is skilled in injury assessment and diagnosis for people of all ages, as well as infant and paediatric developmental assessments, neurological assessments and specialised infant assessments to assist with the diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy. Katie has a particular interest in working with young athletes and promoting safe load management for the developing musculoskeletal system throughout the youth/teenage years. 

Katie is just settling into life in Western Australia and is so far enjoying getting out and about exploring with her springer spaniel Penny and her partner. Katie has moved to WA to pursue Medicine at Notre Dame University and will be available for Saturday appointments as well as some weekdays.
