Cancellations

​We understand that life is busy and things crop up from time to time. We would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you can't make your appointment so that we may make it available for others. Your physiotherapist reserves the right to charge you the full amount for any appointment you do not show up for, or for cancellations made within 4 hours of your allotted appointment time. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of consultation. Please ensure you bring your health fund card if you would like to use our HICAPS facility and pay only the remaining gap payment.​

We accept Visa, MasterCard and cash payments.​
