Cat has many years of experience in pelvic health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, with a particular focus on evidence-based care.

In addition, Cat works part-time in the Mother Baby Unit at King Edward Memorial Hospital providing trauma-informed movement classes alongside her pelvic health physiotherapy consultations. Through the KEMH Physiotherapy Department, Cat also teaches Yoga for Pelvic Pain, delivering both in-person and online classes.

Cat is the lead author of a research project investigating the relationship between abdominal and gastrointestinal symptoms and pelvic health in young women. The project is currently under peer review with the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Outside of the clinic, Cat is a mother of two school-aged children who enjoy an active lifestyle. Known for her warm, approachable nature, Cat is a passionate advocate for her patients and is recognised for her proactive, innovative and person-centred approach to care.

Cat will be in the clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays.
